This piece belongs to a long established customer
who collects some pretty nice stuff.
He would like me to go through this piece and
take care of loose veneer as I have done in the past.
But the extreme distortion of this particular area
leaves me wondering just what to do.
How can I stabilize this bubble without integrity damage.
In short, what would a conservator do?
