Dear Groop,

As long time Groop member, it is with mixed feeling
that I announce "Out of the Woods" is closing this month.
March 1st a new refinishing business will open in our old location.
Two of our competitors have merged and executed a
lease/purchase agreement with us for the property.

We (Tia and I) decided not to sell our business
but to let Out of the Woods go out on top
and not let anyone have the chance of tarnishing
our reputation which we worked so many years to achieve.

Since we've leased the building, we have a tremendous amount
of tools, equipment and supplies to find a new home for.
We have scheduled an Auction to be held on
Saturday Feb. 22nd here in Lakeland, Florida.
Ya all come !

To kind of put some of this into perspective, I have been doing
high-end custom woodworking for the better part of 40 years.
Can you even imagine how many and the variety of tools and
supplies I have accumulated in that time ?
There in about 5000 square feet of space that's full of stuff
and it's all GOTTA GO !

I'm talking a COMPLETE WOODWORKING SHOP and
A COMPLETE STRIPPING AND REFINISHING OPERATION.

If any of you have anything you need,
this is your chance to make a good deal.
I couldn't begin to list the inventory,
but here are a few things not usually thought of:
stacks of veneer and all the tools to work it with
including 2 4X8' and one 3x 20' vacuum bags,
2 vacuum pumps;
old growth qtr sawn White Oak for table leaves and furniture repair;
500 board feet of 100 year old riff and quarter sawn heart Cypress.
