Hello All,

I have a customer with an older rocking horse she wants
restored to original (as close as possible)  The horse was
damaged in the move from the UK and fixing the structural
damage is not too much of a problem.  However, as you can
see from the included photos, this restoration is a bit more than
I want to take on.  Is there anyone of you that can help this
woman out?

She lives in the Fredericksburg, VA area and doesn't mind
traveling a bit to get this work done.  Don, I know you are in the
northern VA area.  Can you help her out or know someone up
there who can?

Thanks for all of your help!

Stephen

Hello Friends,  Sorry, I should have been more specific.

The bottom picture is how the horse looks now. She painted it
when she was a kid and now, of course, regrets it.

I must confess right now that I have not seen this horse in person!
The customer contacted me by phone after visiting my website
so I hope I am not sending anyone on a wild goose chase or
anything of that sort.  She lives over 2 hours drive from me so
all I have is pictures the she sent.

I am assuming that over the many years the saddle and such
were replaced with a "home-made" fix.  There are cracks
around the legs where they attach to the body and other minor
damage.  I'll include more detailed pics.

Thanks ya'll!

Stephen B.
