My parents had a chipmunk trapped in the house not
too long ago, and apparently he needed to relieve
himself on a teak wall unit and a few oak window sills.
Any suggestions for eliminating the stains without
removing the finish?

We think the teak may have an oil finish, and the
window sills are finished with polyurethane. Dad had
satisfactory results sanding one window sill and
applying more poly, but the wall unit has its own
challenges. What can we do to remove the stains in
the teak without removing the finish?
