I recently purchased a great Victorian parlor lamp
and the shade needs restoration.
The shade was silk fabric and fringe. The silk is basically
gone and needs to be replaced -- the fringe is in great shape.
I am looking to either have someone restore the shade or
get a self help book on the subject, any help in groop land.
