From time to time I need a hinge like the one pictured.
It is 2 5/16" long by 5/16" wide, two screw holes and
a pin that mates with a similiar female hinge mounted
in the upper and lower rails. The hinge shown is
mounted on the top and bottom of the door.
This is half the hinge. I don't have the other half.
The females are screwed into the top and bottom rail.
To get the pins in the holes the top rail must be detached,
lifted up, and set down on the pin. Then the top is pulled down
tight usually with a funky bolt on the right and left ends of the
top where it joins the sides.
I think they are found in English made cabinets and wardrobes.
Any one know a source for these?
