I found this piece in the book "Golden Oak Furniture"
by Velma Suzanne Warren from Schiffer Books.
It does not give a date, but I would say Art Nouveau.
It does state that it was produced by
Rockford Union Furniture Company in Rockford, Il
with a 1997 price tag of $3700.
