I'm faced with straightening these bookcase doors.  The plan is to cut the corner joints nearly through, flatten the door, fill the kerf and re-glue.  The  glass will be taken out first.  Though, as I type this, my vision of how that would work is fading....

 

Any other thoughts?  Experiences?  Pit falls?
