Groop,

These pictures are from an inspection and an authorization to
repair a Young Chang Grand piano in a home an hour from me.
I've done polyester repairs before and had some success with them.
This job I could use right now with the economy and all.
But, I don't know how to quote it.

I'm sure it's a very expensive piano and with exception of the damage
is in good shape. I'm sure the people and the moving company
would not want to move this again if they could get out of it

Some input from you Poly guys would be appreciated.
Troweling on the poly resin (colored black) shouldn't be a big
problem however this is a bigger job than I have done before.

I should add that the stairway (12 steps) was used to place it on the veranda
where the piano is now. No padding ( thud, thud, thud 12 times) get the picture.
I've repaired the bare oak steps to the peoples' approval. The piano is set
in front of a huge picture window overlooking a nature preserve.
The owners have moved at least 10 times and are seasoned pros.
They seem to be taking this in stride.

What do you think?
