Groop,
You may remember that I wrote in March about my dilemma with
Verizion and my yellow page ad. Take a look at the differences.
What I submitted is on the right and their creation is on the left.

I received a call today from a rep of the company. The final words to me
were. The phone company "May" send a proof but may also publish
without a signed approval. Talk about a one-sided contract.
I asked her this question. What if you published an ad for Coke and you
changed their font? Her response " Well, you can come up with many
examples"... The only compensation offered was money off the ad for
next year's book. Some compensation.
Court? I have enough evidence if court was the choice.
Pay? Do I need the aggravation?
I'm still not sure.
I told the rep I would get back to her.
