The removal and replacement is done one section at a
time, in 3 sections. With a very large tambour or if concern about warped
pieces, one could divide the replacement into 4 or 5 sections. The idea
simply is that we are attempting to keep the position of the slats as they
exist, square or no, assuming the run of the tambour is good to begin with.
