manufacturing of a curved seat bottom.

I started with two 16" round pieces of 1/8" door skins
and one round piece of 3/4" plywood.
Cut the plywood to 21" outside diameter
and cut out the center to 15",
save the middle and cut it down to 8" outside diameter.

Apply your favorite glue to both skins.

Clamp as shown overnight.

Presto, one curved seat bottom.
