I was contacted by a lady looking for this lock.
If anyone can help she would be very grateful.

Her comments on it are:
I've been looking for a chest lock and I have no hope of finding
this item maybe you can help because of your business.

Eagle Lock CO. Dec 6 1892.

It has a 30 on the Front of the lock but I have also been told it is a
D lock.  During a bad time I had it in a shop to be brass coated
when I went back, they said they knew nothing about it.  So I've
been looking for the pocket latch side that goes in the chest, I've
been looking for 32 years I just missed the closing of the
Company. Please help if you know anyone that might be able to
help me. It was my Grandfather's chest. Thank you for your time.
