Did just that for a kitchen.
Did some other stuff too but here's the deal.

1. Used Benco's brush on gel type stripper. (G57? Something like that --
Non-flammable, water soluble/rinse able) wash/rinse after stripping with water,
THEN wash/wipe with the acetone.
2. Washed with acetone.
3. Sand 120 grit, then 180 grit.
4. Sealed with zinnser shellac base seal coat.
5. Top coated MLC Krystal CV 2 coats satin.

Figure time and materials, add 10% across the board (fudge factor),
include masking materials, setup time, breakdown, clean up, drive,
load and unload times in your work time.

This kitchen was 6-7k, shop time 1 man 1 week, onsite 3 days team of 2.
