I am in the process of helping a friend restore a 1920's Victrola. I've
submitted another picture of one that another owner claims is Walnut
and the grain is "put on with a finish" (fake)....Any opinions as to the
front door grain being faux finished?
The one I'm helping restore just had standard grained Walnut on the
front, sides, and top.
