Second question, and this may be a question for Don Weisman, as you

will see, the swivel base is tilting too far back. Like most office chairs,

when you lean back, you should feel resistance. In this case it's the

opposite. Resistance is felt when you sit or lean forward.

 

Sounds like an easy fix right? Reverse the bottom mechanism right? I've

tried just about everything.  The bottom mechanism must stay in

the position as shown. Any ideas?
