I am going to sub this out to a local art teacher --
I am no artist but the painting its self does not look
too complicated and the art teacher said that it was
simple brush strokes --
it is the coloring that would be hardest.
It needed some other repairs also, broken back leg,
a missing piece at the end of one arm,
and little paint splatters like from a paint roller.
