Addendum:

After a few hours of chasing this hinge.  I thought I
should get the terminology right. Opened the
McMaster-Carr catalog, and.. there it is, a fully
concealed mortise mount hinge, steel w/ zinc leaves.
The specs match,$6.  I'll add a couple of other items
to the order. They carry a quality nitrile glove in all
sizes.
