Here are the photos of the table that I have in the shop for
restoration and am in need of a price for insurance.

Don, I need to know how you would approach the cracks.  The
client wants to keep using the table and it will be handed down to
her daughter. I have just completed a dining room and living room
set for her that she gave to her niece in Pahrump, Nevada.
