It's time I checked back in with the Groop
and give an update on the San Clemente job.
I finished the white lacquered room that I sent the "before" pix.

The next project was this bird's eye paneling with Honduras
mahogany at the end of the room. I didn't use the TransTints as
Mark Howard suggested. They wanted a perfectly "natural" color.
There is a big maple cabinet being made now that will fit between
the wainscot sections and will be finished when it's installed.
I took a week off to do a new white lacquer kitchen to make
some fast cash. This week I've been on this cedar ceiling.
It will have boxed carved teak beams. I sealed it, then shaded it
to make it more uniform. After the beams are fabricated,
I will finish them along with the rest of the ceiling.
I'll be starting on a couple bedroom ceilings and walls next week.
Pics to follow.
Fun-n-games.
