and sanded it as flat as possible with #240 and my Porter Cable 505.
Top coat with 2 WET coats retarded, thinned 15%(+/-) Magna Max.

Dry overnight, rub down with paper bag and start on 4 more.

I'm getting 4 done in about 2 1/2 days.
It would probably be a little faster but they are hanging now
and I have to take them down and take off the hinge plates.

3'x8' solid mahogany.

I don't put them back up and I can usually
get the carpenters to bring them to me.

In case you're interested, I'm charging around $600 each,
not including the jambs and casing.
