Here is the completed chair:

I had a customer come in several months ago with this chair.
It was her Grandfathers and was the only item
they could retrieve from their burned out house.
The ceiling insulation had fallen on this chair and another.
It was a mess.

I took it outdoors to spray it off and scrub it
and on my way out the door I noticed my bottle
of Greased-lightning.

I wet the chair and sprayed the entire bottle
of greased-lightning on the chair
and before my eyes the soot, dirt,
and even any remnants of finish bubbled off.

I did a very light scrubbing and sprayed with a hose,
and it looks great. Total time of cleaning 10 minutes.

I might have to buy a tankful of the stuff.
