Here are two photos of a dining room chair sent to me by a customer.  I know there isn't much information to go by, but can anyone tell me from experience if this type of upholstered back can be removed and replaced without disassembling the chair? Is the material typically mounted to a board that is then tacked/nailed into the chair? The seat is easy, but I have no experience with these upholstered backs.
