I "think" it is Empire, as it is similar in form (to me) to one I posted several months ago.  But, as always, I'm looking for other opinions from groop.

I found this in my library of furniture books. It's from the Come-Packt Furniture Company, 1912-13.

 

While not identical is is very close to your rocker. I like the wording that they used to describe the color "Birch Mahogany".
