A while back there was an 1890-1910 chair photo posted with
hackberry as the wood.  My guess at the time was elm.  I am
attaching pictures of elm and hackberry side by side.  I had not
been exposed to or familiar with hackberry but now can see where
I have probably misidentified elm and hackberry many times in the
past.
