I have a toystove heater -- the Laser 56 (30,000 BTU) .
The cost for the one I have was about $850
and will heat my building which is 30 X 45 --
it is well insulated and we live in Delaware
which is not a very cold environment (most of the time).
I would get the next model up if our temperatures
were consistently below 20 degrees.
