Clamp block
While gluing and clamping and uttering a few words of profanity
every time a wooden block slipped out of my hand
and hit the floor, I came up with this idea.
We used a 1" Forstner bit. The wood used comes from my
#1 resource for hardwoods from all over the world for free.
Shipping plaits we dig out of the dumpster. I'm not kidding.
Oak, Brazilian Rosewood, Teak, Walnut and yes believe it
or not we pulled out 8 pieces of Ebony last month.
I haven't had to buy lath stock since the early 90's
thanks to that faithful dumpster out back.
