This is a dolly system for large objects.
The handles fold in or out for use.
The strap-tightening system is simple --
-- and the bail swings into a simple latch.
The straps terminate on the other end
(which is otherwise identical to the end shown).

With the off-set bar raised,
the wheels lift up, lowering the metal lip to the floor..
...when you step on the off-set bar --
the wheels pivot down, raising the metal lip,
and you're ready to roll.
