Construction of my new, but small, shop is underway.

The picture shows the rew working Monday night putting in the slab.

I'm a one person FM operation beginning my 5th year and I don't plan
on expanding. The shop adjoins my garage and is just 520 sq ft.
I would have made it a little bigger but that's the max I can do
under city codes without making it brick veneer like the house.
I'll still have half of the existing garage
where I will store furniture and keep my flow over table.

The framing crew comes tomorrow.
