Thought maybe we'd send a couple of shots of our shop.
Although it is 90% done, we still have a bit of work
to do around the outside.

All the wood in front of the shop is from a
bed & breakfast restoration we are helping with.
We are "doing" all the woodwork & doors.

I built the shop on 18 piers (I like high ground!).
Insulated floor and the rest of the building is built like a house.
Our highest heat bill this winter was $36.
All the outer walls are 1/2" ply and all screwed on.
To expand, I can just unscrew them and move them
to the new outside wall -- probably next year!

Total cost to build was $13,000
(including furnace & central air).

Being that it is on our property,
it increased our property value by about $40,000
(now we can borrow more money!).
