I suffered with this painful malady for years
and this is how I treated it and I have been pain free
ever since I have been doing these excursuses.

Photo # 1 shows the stretching of the muscles under the wrist.
Fold your hands in the prayer position and raise the elbows,
holding the hands together.This is done to the point of where
you feel a twinge of pain. At that point, do not force the wrist
any farther back. Do one and go on to the next step.




Photo #2 shows the opposite stretch. This will be very
painful if you push too hard. Do it gently in the beginning.




Photo #3 Shows the shaking of the hand to relax the muscles
in the wrist. The photo shows the position. Wiggle your hand
in a circle and relax the hand and wrist muscles as much as
you can. Do this gently and the hand should feel good.




Photo #4 Shows the arm behind the back as far as is comfortable
to move. At this point, twist the arm so the hand is rotated.
Again, do this gently. Do both arm at the same time.



I started this, doing only one of each excursus and repeated
for a set of five. Keep doing this until you reach a rep of 5 and
repeat 5 times. At this point, you will be free of all wrist pain, or,
your money back.
