I have not written in a while.  Many of you know what we have

been going through for my Dad.  Unfortunately, he didn't pull

through.  In the end, it was a quiet passing with almost his whole

family at his side.  I just wanted to relay how it all came out.  If

anyone wishes to send a card or flowers the information is

below.  Sorry there wasn't more notice but these things don't

work according to schedule well.  I tried :-)

Thanks to those who have shared through this with me, the

notes, emails and phone calls. I'll be back home soon.

Polgar Sr., John of Aurora, CO, formerly of Windber, PA
passed away 5/19/06 from complications after suffering a heart

attack and extended stay at the University of Colorado Hospital

ICU tower, Denver, CO.
 

Born 11/7/1939 he was preceded in death by parents Alex

Polgar & Freda Mastrolembo-Polgar, daughter Elizabeth Ann

Polgar, grandchildren, Alex Polgar-Jetter, Marilyn Cichos &

Gina Polgar.
 

He is survived by his wife Tresia Polgar, his children John Polgar

Jr, Judy Polgar-Slack, Tresia Lynne Polgar-Cichos, Cristina

Polgar-Pena, Joseph Polgar, 19 grandchildren, 2 great
grandchildren and his brother Robert Polgar.

Viewing & Visitation with Rosary this Wednesday, the 24th of

May, from 6:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM the

following morning at the local parish.  Burial will be at St.

Anthony of Padua Cemetary, Windber, PA 15963 following the

mass.
