Return to The Hall of Shame

Groop,

Moving job last week.  Customer said the bed was not assembled
properly.  Dang bed just did not want to stay attached to the
footboard.  When initially installed, the footboard and rail were a
good fit.  But quickly, the rail remembered the law of gravity.

This bed has been used for several months at origin.  The bed has
metal slats with legs on the slats and screws holding the slats to the
rails.

One recommended solution from our shop was to replace the pins
with really, really strong magnets.  Epoxy was ruled out because it
is not easily reversible.
