Heffernan Painting Services, Ltd. has been providing residential painting
and decorating services to satisfied customers since 1986. Our office and
shop space has been located in Evanston, Illinois at 2100 Greenleaf Street
since 1993.

Typically we have between 7 and 12 men working, depending on
the time of year. Our company maintains active membership in
PDCA (Painting and Decorating Contractors of America)
and its Residential Council.

Some of the services we regularly provide include:

* Wood refinishing
* Plaster and drywall repair
* Wallcovering removal/installation
* Custom cabinet staining/painting
* Interior and exterior stripping/painting
* Restoring and preserving wood decks
* Wall glazing and decorative finishing applications
* Sandblasting and repainting of wrought iron furniture
* Spray painting of most furniture pieces (including wicker)

Our philosophy is that most people are willing to pay a fair price
to have work done right, and that what most people really want
is someone they can rely on to be considerate of their property,
someone they can trust and not have to supervise, and finally
someone with enough experience and resources
to do the best job possible.
Good professional service - plain and simple.
This is our goal.

Probably the most frequent compliments I receive
are with regard to fine workmanship and the quality
of the men we have working in clients' homes.

I am proud of the Heffernan workforce
and I am convinced that these men are a big reason
why most of our work is repeat business or referrals.
We do not advertise and are busy year round.

a sample of our certificate of insurance,
a reference list (4 pages),
and some testimonial letters from customers.

We are fully insured to protect our clients and their property,
as well as our employees -- our most important asset.

an insurance certificate in your name
prior to beginning any work on your premises.
