RE: Flow-over Stripping

Got a question:

I have always learned when stripping by hand to use flow on and do not
brush on as the oxidation does not work. Flow over systems recirculate
the stripper thus agitating it to the point where in my estimations it does 
not work as well as the pure stuff just flowing it on by hand. 
 
Doesn't it decrease the effectiveness of the stripper by pumping it thru  
a strainer and bringing back up to use again?  

Just a question people, I don't know anything about a mass stripping system. 
Maybe I should pay a  visit to Stevo huh?
