We now charge $1.45 per hole for hand caning. Jenni can do a 80 hole seat 
in about 3 hours. That's $38 per hour so she does alright.
over 100 holes...1.65  blind caning...1.95  special weaves ...2.50 and up.
Sheet caning .17 per sq. inch measuring front to back and side to side at the 
widest point   minimum charge for sheet cane $40.00.  I let my help do these 
at $10.00 per hour I come out alright. Don't make much, but I don't lose either. 
Rush   .35 sq. inch
Splint    .40 sq inch
We've raised our prices quite a bit over the last 2 years and still get very 
few complaints.
