Chair Parts

Gary H. asks:

I am bidding a job to refinish some courtroom benches and chairs.  
The courthouse is being gutted so the job won't be done for several months.  
he specs only called for the refinishing of the chairs and pedestals.  
However, I have concerns that some of the seat mechanisms are worn out 
and may need to be replaced 
(Mary or I may have to sit in one of these as a juror some day).  

Does anyone have a source for these sorts of mechanisms or similar replacement?  

I realize the photo doesn't give a real good view of the mechanism.
