Saving Groop Files

Groop:

I will be getting a new puter in a few days, and will be loading my programs. 
I am concerned about saving all my clips and email contacts, and haven't 
figured out how to do it yet. 

Any suggestions? 

I know FrankLOL lost all his library at one time a few months back.

Groop stuff is important to me I don't want to loose it.

Just save all your important files to a floppy disc,
and then reload them onto your new hard drive.
