As far as the tree that "should" come down on Epiphany, ...
nice work if you can get it.  


We in Southern Cal. have to live with a shorter season.  December is one 
of our driest times of the year (why I run french polishing specials!), so even 
if you wait until Dec. 20th or so to get a "fresh" tree, you gotta take it down 
by New Year's or you're courting a house fire. 

I know, I know, "The quality of our problems..."
