That is a great idea. What do you do if you have to soak the
spline in order for it to make a tight radius turn without cracking?

I charge a minimum of $2.25 per diagonal inch for pressed seats. The
newer the chair, the higher the price. My wife charged $1.00 per hole
whether the cane was common or carriage. There is a retired fella in Md.
who charges .45 per hole and another, also in Md., who charges $2.75 per
hole. I sometimes wonder if this fella gets any work at all.
