RE: Caning

Since I've raised so much comotion over the caning issue, I would like 
some people to give me an idea of the going prices on caning. I'm really 
considering doing some on the side (I'm not in the refinishing business  
as a main source of income right now) since at this time my space is 
limited.
 
I would like to give another tip on caning also. Instead of using the bathtub 
to soak the caning in, make a caning tube. I used a 6 inch diameter peice 
of pvc 24 inches long with screw end caps on each end, seal one end up, 
uncap the other add your water, add cane, recap and presto, stand them 
in the corner till you are ready for them.
