Here are those recliner numbers that I said I would get for you.
I usually fax in my parts requests so these are fax numbers.
When faxing requests for parts to either company you need the mech number
(Stamped into the metal near the ottoman on oldies, typed on a sticker on new
models). Some mech numbers are 3 digits some are as many as 6 and some
are alpha/numeric. Send all the numbers you find.
You also need the manufacture date, it is usually stamped on the bottom
wooden cross brace in the back. They will ask for the date of purchase,
just add six months to the manufacture date. If you want the whole mech
(including cross members) you need to state this in the body of text some
where. If you need the complete mech they require the seat width.
With all of this info in hand you can order your mechs.
If they give ya any grief about not being a retailer,
use your imagination and you will figure out how to dupe them.
Barcolounger toll free fax # 1800-392-3492
Stratolounger/Stratford fax # 1800-537-3427,
I also have this number for Stratford 601-534-4762 ext 718.
