I bought a Palm IIIx for my wife last June.  They use Outlook at work 
and she just downloads the calendar into it. . .plus all the phone contacts.  
She loves it and I'm seeing ways I could use it too.  
For what it does (calander / planner) it has a lot of value for the bucks.
