Groop members,

My name is Terry Parrish.  

I am the co-founder and General Manager of Master's Magic Products.  
We are a manufacturer of furniture restoration products.  Many of you 
are customers and friends that we talk to regularly, but many of you are 
not familiar with us or what we provide.

Our goal is to continue to grow by providing products and services that
are valuable to you, the user!  We are in the process of introducing a
new touch-up line, web site and technical database, as well as other new
products and services.  

This questionnaire is one of the ways we have chosen to stay in touch 
with the people who got us here.  As a long time member of this group 
I have heard, and listened to, many innovative ideas from this group.  
The one resounding thing that I hear over and over is that you want 
suppliers to listen more ...  well this is your chance!  

My hope is that this is one of many future surveys to help guide us to the 
products and services that you need to stay successful. I'm sure that our 
company cannot be everything to everybody, but we want the chance to 
hear what it is that you want!  

This survey is asking for marketing direction, but if the interest is here, 
we can develop future questionnaires on product development, technical 
support, etc. 

This survey consists of 16 questions and takes about 5-10 minutes of
your time.  Of course we don't expect you to do it for free, so upon
receipt of your questionnaire we will "snail-mail" you a free cabinet
marker and a wax filling stick.
