Air cleaner CFM

The new shop is underway.  Contractor is doing the foundation work today.
Its only 22' x 25' with a cathederal style ceiling that will have a flat section 
at the top about 4' from the top which will form a triangle.  The HVAC ducts 
will go in there and shoot straight down.

To get dust out of the air without exhausting it to the outside I plan to mount 
an exhaust fan in a horizontal position at one end of the shop in that triangle 
and the air will travel down to the other end of the shop in a duct and be 
exhausted back into the shop.  The air going into the exhaust fan will pass 
thru 2 filter stages so what comes back into the shop will be clean.  It will 
circulate round and round until I shut it off. 
The shop will have about 6600 cu ft.  

Question is, what CFM should the fan be?
