FLAME WARS

1. Do not post anything intended to be inflammatory, abusive or offensive.

DISCUSSION TOPICS AND REPLYING TO POSTINGS

1. Post only what you think is relevant to our refinishing businesses.

2. If you have a graphic file you'd like Groop to see,
contact the Moderator and I'll put it on a webpage.
Graphic files should generally be limited to 500x500 in size.

3. If you reply to a posting, your message goes to the whole
list, not just to the originator.  If the reply is only of
interest to the originator, use private e-mail instead.

4. If you want to reply to the list, avoid quoting the entire
original article - edit it carefully so that you minimize
repetition.  This will be much appreciated by those
people who pay for their email by kilobyte!

5. For new threads, put a subject heading in your message.
The subject should indicate what the message is about -
please try to be accurate.  For replies to current threads,
leave the current subject line intact.

SIGNATURES AND ATTACHMENTS

Signatures will generally be limited to 3 lines to avoid cumbersome, lengthy
GroopMail:  Your name, business name and location

Put the signature at the bottom of your messages.
Do not include your email address - individual email addresses
will generally not be published in GroopMail.
